Laura Valentine serves as the School Director of Belle Adore School, bringing more than 28 years of leadership, management, and business experience to the institution. Throughout her career, she successfully led teams and managed operations across multiple industries, building a reputation for professionalism, organization, and compassionate leadership.
After many years in the tax industry and later as the owner of a non-medical transportation company, Laura discovered a new passion through the beauty industry. Inspired by her daughter, Shana Lee Mena, Founder and CEO of Belle Adore School, and motivated by her own lifelong struggles with skin concerns, Laura made the courageous decision to pivot into esthetics. What began as supporting her daughter’s vision quickly became a personal calling to help others build confidence, transform lives, and create meaningful careers.
Today, Laura combines decades of real-world business experience with a genuine passion for education and student success. As School Director, she oversees the daily operations of Belle Adore School while ensuring every student receives the guidance, encouragement, and support they need from enrollment through graduation.
Laura believes that true education goes beyond textbooks and practical skills. She is committed to helping students develop professionalism, confidence, resilience, and the life skills needed to thrive in both their careers and personal lives. Her approachable leadership style, life experience, and dedication to mentorship make her a trusted resource for students and staff alike.
