Shana Lee Mena is the Founder and CEO of Belle Adore School, a New York State licensed esthetics school dedicated to transforming the next generation of beauty professionals. A licensed esthetician, educator, and entrepreneur, Shana has built her career on one simple belief: education should change lives, not just careers.
Raised in the Bronx, New York, Shana understands what it means to build something from the ground up. Her journey into esthetics wasn’t simply about skincare; it was about creating freedom, confidence, and opportunities that would change the trajectory of her family’s future. Through determination, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she transformed her passion into a thriving beauty business before fulfilling her lifelong dream of opening Belle Adore School.
After years of working hands-on with clients and mentoring aspiring estheticians, Shana recognized a gap within traditional beauty education. Too many graduates earned a license but lacked the confidence, business knowledge, and real-world experience needed to build successful careers. She envisioned something different, a school where students wouldn’t simply learn esthetics, but would graduate prepared to become professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and CEOs of their own future.
That vision became Belle Adore School.
